.. a sword with two edges ..

well i survived monday. yesterday was exhausting. between work and keeping up there, or staying awake i should say, then rushing home to take the pup to the vet. turns out he couldn't get his shots, since he has a rash over taking his body - apparently it is allergies and a round of staph, yay - so we just got seen, given drugs and sent on our way. then we spent the evening with the in laws which was nice and calm. 

today, is a tad different. i came into work with a few projects already in the waiting. i got started right away and was able to catch up by about 10. then i got sent on a gathering mission. we needed ribbon for a project, and i had to go find it in the other warehouse. let me fill you in on our warehouse. it is about the size of 2 home depots put together. the ceilings are so tall and all the rows are labeled by letter. so i had to start in row f and find some there and then make my way to row r to find the rest. after getting about 300 spools of ribbon i was done. i got back around 11. finally. up until lunch i just had little projects nothing to exciting. then lunch. and hanging out with the puppy. yay! after lunch it was back to work for a few hours, catch up on emails and finish off the little projects from before. i finished off at 5 and was at the gym by 6 for training. my sister has started coming with. it's good on one hand and bad on another. I struggle with her coming. I like having her there cause it does help with my motivation but on the same hand she is more fit than me so I struggle to feel like I fit in or i should be there. i have a bad judgement problem. Double edged sword there for sure. i requested legs, just cause my arm was killing so here is the butt kicking.

{leg press laying (15), leg press sitting (12), crunches (30), bicycles (30), pushups (12) repeat 3 times }

cardio
5 minutes on a elliptical , 20 second sprint then 40 second walk

calves
{seated calf raises (15), standing calf raises (15), seated calf extension (15) repeat 3 times}


i was sweating like a pig by the time i was done. i was so tired and my legs killed. and i drive a stick shift car. lovely. we made it home, just barely though. we finished the night off with family dinner and then a shower. then the hub and i went to barnes and noble to pick up a book i have had my eyes on for a while.
