food

alright, so i am new to this and i am no good at it. not going to lie. i haven't really tried any diet per say but just watched others fall short. i didn't want to be one of those who had serious disappointments so i decided to make this a simple thing.

limit the amount of sugars you eat.

i have a serious sweet tooth. like we are talking if i could eat sugar out of the sugar bucket, i might. it is bad. i love treats and cupcakes and cakes and crap everything. i love to bake too, so this is going to be a challenge. i am just going to try and slow down and cut back, and hopefully find recipes for sugary stuff that isn't all that bad.

limit the amount of fats.

this one isn't as hard, but it can be. there are a lot of fatty foods, like sour cream, cheese, fried stuff basically anything from a drive thru. so just cut back and out. i love cheese, but i don't want to give it up, so i will just cut back. there is always room for moderation.

only eat when you are hungry.

i don't really struggle much with this except when watching movies. i tend to snack. so watch out for snacky snackertons. they sneak up on you. eat only when you need it. not when you are bored or upset.

h2o is the new thing, haven't you heard?

i like water, don't get me wrong, but there are things i would much rather drink. but those high sugary sodas, or carbonated diet drinks don't do us much good. although their bubbly goodness tastes delicious, not worth it here. so drink h20. you could always do some crystal light in it, or every once in a while have a juice, powerade or lemonade. there are options that aren't full of gas.
