.. happy hump day ..

i have never been more excited for a week to be half way over until today. at least i think. work seems to be dragging the past few days and i have been tired beyond numbness. like can't function normally. seriously impaired. too many late nights = zombie. 

today work was slow again. i did have a few more projects than the day before, which is nice. i like having some little things to do even if they are little and don't take very long. it was so rainy and yucky today and it makes me feel all draggy and slow. i had lunch with my hubs today. it was great, we had pot stickers. nothing exciting. after lunch and work i got home to find that the hubs was taking pups to see my in laws so he could play golf on the ps3 with his brother. it worked out fine cause i had my training appointment. here is what went down..

arms
{dead lifts (12), squats (12), over head single arm press (8 each) repeat 4 times}

legs

{squats on swiss ball (12), standing squats (20) repeat 3 times}

abs
{ crunches (30), bicycle (30), 1 minute planks repeat 3 times }

5 minute sprints
{20 second hard sprint, 40 second slow walk repeat until 5 minutes}

abs / sprints = hell
{2 minute sprint, crunches, russian twists, boxers, leg lifts, flutter kicks, obliques, dead cockroach - repeat 3  times }

by the end i was exhausted and sweating from head to toe. literally. gross. immediately following my torture, which i pay for.. i had an activity with the girls i teach. we were making fun goodies for the seniors who graduate next week from the local high school. {can't tell you what in case any of them read this..} i was there until about 8:30. afterwards i came home and ate dinner, showered and climbed into bed. i was ready to be done and the hubs wanted to watch the bounty hunter. so we watched it. i have an addiction issue. i will watch whatever movie, even if i am dead tired until the end and even if i have seen it before or if it is on tv. i can't stop. so i was up, until 12. yep midnight. zombie here i come.

ps. i know i throw a bunch of random workout terms on here. if you ever want to know what they are or how to do them, weights etc. let me know and i can dedicate a post to just about everything i do. this way if you want to follow along and do a work out you totally could!
