day three. the headaches are still here from the blasted diet coke. some one help me. i did cut back on my breakfast which was good. i had about a cup of cheerios. it was good. today i had a half day at work and i went and got the pups and met my hubs for lunch. he wanted wendy's. i know fast food. argh. so i decided to weigh the options and use my spark people app to see the items that had the least amount of fat and semi good for me. i decided the chicken sandwich and a fruit punch. it wasn't all that bad. after lunch i took the pups home and we relaxed for a while and played for a while. before i knew it, it was gym time.
trainer day.
my trainer had warned us at the last session that it was going to be hard and tough because one of the girls missed and we needed to make up for it. i was scared. got there and this is how it went down..
abs
{boxers, russian twists, leg lifts, planks, dead cockroach and repeat 3 times}
.. stomach muscles are screaming and steam is coming off of them due to the burn..

{squats with bar, pop overhead lifts, leg lifts, and push ups repeat 2 times }
.. my arms are just laughing at me, ha! you think we are going to work today, ha ha! ..

.. yep arms continue to rebel..

{ jump pull ups, rows on squat machine, in and outs on bench, push ups repeat 3 times}
.. arms are seriously pissed at this point, there might be no hope..

.. legs something i can handle..
i was beat afterwards. like kill me now. and don't you worry i did it with loads of sassafras and gave my trainer the hardest time i could cause, well i can and it makes the session pass quicker plus it is just plain fun. all i wanted to do was sleep or lay down, but i knew i had dinner to make and dogs to bathe and just life to take care of. so i was off. we opted for steak burritos. i cooked a top sirloin steak in olive oil with a tad of salt and pepper. we had this on flour tortillas, with pico, olives, cotija cheese, cilantro and tomatillo dressing. delicious! my body started to rebel at this point. due to the fact that i have an injury in my shoulder, called TOS.. i talked about it here, my arm quite often hurts more than normal. like kills. today was no acception. in fact today, on top of the arm ripping pain, my arm decided it would take its dose of earthquake pills. so my arm shook uncontrollably the rest of the night. try eating a burrito with an earthquake in your hand. yep messy and not cool. thanks arm.
we finished up the day with bathing the dog and cleaning up. bed is looking great right now.
i have a feeling tomorrow is going to hurt.
