well good news for me. i am not too sore today. i could be much worse, which would make tonight worse. so at least that is going for me.
today was a trainer day.. here is what went down
arms
{body dips, assisted pull ups repeat 2 times}
legs
{seated squats, lunges with 10 lbs, jump squats 10 each leg, repeat all 3 times}
legs take two
{calf raises, frog jumps across raquetball court, up & downs on a bench 12 total- repeat 3 times}
legs take three
{leg extensions, leg rows - repeat 3 times}
leg & arm combo
{squats with bar, 30 crunches, 12 pushups - repeat 3 times}
leg take two million
{squats with bar, forward lunges with bar 6 each side - repeat 3 times}
full body hell
{TRX}
the end. i was DEAD at the end of this all. i was sweaty from my head to my toes and i felt whooped. i think tomorrow might be a sore day. i am pretty sure if i had a fortune teller decked out in her head wrap and all she would concur that soreness awaits in my future. my legs were quivering, yes quivering as i walked out. pretty sure i looked like the most retarded person ever. but whatever, i worked out and i did good!
as for food..
breakfast
1 cup dry cereal
water
lunch
chicken nuggets
water
dinner
chicken quesadilla
lemonade
alright folks.. i am down 2 pounds in a week. i stopped drinking soda and they came off. i am hoping more continue to fall, i am sure they will. i hope you are all trying hard as well to get in shape, not just for summer but for you. you deserve it!
